Group analysis, from AWAI

A map of what your organization actually thinks.

The spread of opinion, the distance between camps, and the single voice a standard survey would round off.

THE PROBLEM

What a survey can't reach

Instead of fixed questions, each person talks freely with the AI. They still line up for comparison because everyone shares the same topic and the AI covers the same set of angles, so afterward the answers sit side by side even though no one was asked the same question.

Survey
Group analysis
SurveyThe wording of a question quietly steers the answer.
Group analysisEveryone talks freely with the AI, so answers lean less on the words you supplied.
SurveyFree-text answers pile up and take real effort to read and group.
Group analysisPositions, motives, and how many people reached them are grouped for you.
SurveyWhat gets kept and what gets averaged out depends on whoever tallies it.
Group analysisEven a lone voice stays as an outlier and won't be smoothed away.
HOW IT WORKS

Gather, talk, aggregate

01
send

Set a topic, hand out the link

Write what you want to ask in plain prose, and it's shaped into a theme respondents see. Then you just share the invite link. The people answering don't need an account.

02
forum

Each person talks with the AI

Respondents open the link and talk with the built-in AI. The AI follows up and draws each person deeper into their own thinking.

03
hub

Everyone's answers, gathered across the group

Each conversation is re-gathered by position, by motive, and by how many separate people reached it. The majority shows up, and so does the one unusual take, kept as an outlier rather than erased.

04
description

Re-angle it for each reader, as often as you like

Put a plain-language question to the same aggregation and it turns into a document on the spot. One version for leadership, one for the floor, one as requirements for a vendor, each in its own words. Export to PDF, and edit it by hand at no extra cost.

WHAT YOU GET

A hundred people on one map

You can see whose thinking sits close to whose

Each respondent is placed in the same space, so you can see which opinions cluster and who sits apart. Color them by person and follow just the ones you select.

One aggregation, re-angled for whoever's reading

Ask the same aggregated result a question in plain prose. A one-pager for the executives, a requirements brief for the office you're moving into, a recap for the team, each written in its own words. You change how you ask each time to get the angle you need.

A view only one person raised still sits at the edge of the map. Minority opinions don't dissolve into the average.

PLANS

Choose by scale, and by how much you tailor it

Self-serve (up to 100 people)

Write the topic and the AI designs the interview flow. Up to 100 people, paid by card and finished on the spot. This is where most people start.

Enterprise

With enterprise, the interview design and the report are built to your brief, and there's no cap on the number of people. Start with a conversation.

PRICING

Pricing

— base plus — per person, reports included with nothing extra to pay.

Each project is billed once, up front. No subscription.

10 people comes to about —.
100 people comes to about —, which is the cap.

You choose how deep each person's conversation goes: 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Depth doesn't change the price.

FAQ

Questions people ask

What respondents have to do, what happens to their answers, and how pricing works.

Do respondents need an account?
No. Opening the invite link starts the conversation. No signup, no login.
What about respondents' privacy?
No AWAI account is created for the people answering, and they have no profile. The roster does need an email address so the invitation can be sent, and as the organizer you can read each person's conversation against their roster entry. Display names and attributes like department are optional, but leaving them blank does not make the answers anonymous. There is no anonymous mode, so tell your respondents that before you send the invitations.
Are the answers used to train AI models?
No. AWAI runs on Google's paid Gemini tier, which Google states is not used to train its models. Google may retain logs for up to 55 days for abuse detection, per its API terms. We'd rather tell you that plainly than imply nothing is ever stored.
Are they answering a fixed set of questions?
No. Everyone talks freely with the AI. To keep the answers comparable, everyone shares the same topic and the AI covers the same set of angles.
How many people can I gather?
Up to 100 on self-serve. For more, talk to us about enterprise.
How does pricing work?
A one-time — base plus — per person. Reports are included with nothing extra to pay.
How many reports, and in what form?
Up to 50 per project. Ask in plain prose to re-angle each one, export to PDF, and edit the result by hand after it's generated.
What changes with enterprise?
The interview design and the reports are built from scratch to your requirements, with no cap on headcount. It starts with a conversation.
Can I look inside before committing?
Yes. "A hundred opinions on an office relocation" is a public demo you can touch and move around, no signup needed.
