Real-time meeting analysis, from AWAI

Everyone speaks their own language. The conversation sorts itself into topics you can read in yours.

What each person says lands under the topic it's about while they're still talking, so when the call ends the topics are already your record.

No signup. It's a short meeting between three people in three languages. The voices are synthetic; what you see on screen is the production system running on that conversation.

AFTER THE CALL

How the conversation comes back

Normally

Every line stacked in the order it was spoken. The shape of the discussion is in there somewhere, and finding it is on you.

With AWAI

The same words, collected under the topics they were about. Each topic shows how much was said. Open one to read it.

HOW IT WORKS

How it works

01
link

Open a room, everyone picks a language

Create a meeting link and send it around, up to twelve people. Each person picks the language they'll speak and read in. Nothing to install.

02

Talk, and watch topics form

While people speak, what they say collects under topics on the side. You can glance over and check whether the point you came to raise has actually come up yet.

Afterward, it's held by topic

The meeting stays sorted by topic. Come back a week later, open the topic you care about, and see what was said without replaying the whole call in your head.

Hand it over

Generate a draft report from the meeting, then fix it up right there: reword a line, drop a section, add a note. AWAI writes the first pass and you edit it into shape. The edit never calls the model, so it costs nothing, and the original stays intact underneath.

MULTILINGUAL

Everyone in their own language, one set of topics

People can each speak and read in a different language, and the conversation still gathers into a single set of topics that everyone shares. When you open the meeting, you read that set in your own language. You can also choose to hear the others interpreted into your language while the meeting runs.

WHY WE BUILT THIS

Why we built this

Anything that can be made more efficient, hand it to the AI. People still gather in a room because there are places you can't reach on your own. We don't really understand each other, not all the way down. But when understanding grows even a little, being around other people turns into something that carries you further. That's what we built this for.

PRICING

Pricing

One point covers one minute of a meeting in a single language.

When people are speaking several languages, each language you translate into adds to the rate. A meeting running in three languages costs three points a minute.

FAQ

Questions people ask

What happens to the audio, where the data goes, and how the points work.

Is the meeting recorded and stored?
There's no recording file. Audio streams through only long enough to be transcribed, and nothing is written to an audio file, so there's nothing sitting on a disk to leak or delete later.
Do you analyze the video?
No. Meetings run audio-only, and the camera feed never reaches the part of the system that does the analysis.
Is our conversation used to train AI models?
No. AWAI runs on Google's paid Gemini tier, which Google states is not used to train its models. Google may retain logs for up to 55 days for abuse detection, per its API terms. We'd rather tell you that plainly than imply nothing is ever stored.
Where does the data actually go?
Audio travels through LiveKit Cloud for the live connection and to Google's Gemini API for transcription and analysis. Those are the two outside services in the path.
Who can see a meeting?
Only its participants. Guests lose access the moment the meeting ends. The report is visible to the host alone.
Can a meeting be made public?
No. There's no public-sharing feature and no public link for a meeting.
Can I delete a meeting?
Yes, and deleting it removes its transcript and analysis together. One honest caveat: anything you said in a meeting someone else hosts lives under their meeting, so deleting your own account doesn't reach into theirs.
How long do you keep a meeting?
We keep meetings while your account is active. There's no automatic expiry running in the background.
Do participants have to install anything?
No. A browser and the invite link are all anyone needs.
Does it work when everyone shares one language?
Yes. Same-language meetings work the same way and cost the least, and you can try one on the free 20 points.
Which languages are supported?
The major spoken languages are covered, well beyond the three in the demo.
If I set up translation, does an unused language still cost me?
The per-minute rate is fixed when you create the meeting, based on the languages you set up, and it holds even if one of those languages goes unused during the call.
Can I export my data?
From the settings page you can export everything in your account as JSON. It holds the analyzed node text and speaker labels — not the word-for-word transcript, and not a participant list. Reports are saved separately as PDF from the report view.
